of Orcadian Highland Irish stock Emma’s songs reflect these roots and life in general. She plays various finger picking styles and rhythmic changes on the guitar matched to her songs different emotions.

Emma songs are a mixture of folk, rock, blues and acoustic music, she was crowned Face of Inverness Gigs as a result of her work in promoting Local musicians through her popular open mic session which also features touring musicians who will often drop in.

Emma has her own radio show called ‘Emma’s Hot Picks Show’ where she highlights all the latest gossip, music, fashion, sport, weather, events, fitness classes etc and Invites guests to talk about what they do.

She has appeared on many radio shows as a musician so really enjoys being on air. She was recently involved in Who’s the Mammy? Radio feature for BBC Radio Scotland due to the hard work she put into
the Go North Radio Producing course last summer and the organisers passing on her details to the producers.

Emma is what we call a well kent face around the Highlands (well she is face of Inverness Gigs) and fronts and writes for one of our most popular working bands "Mothers Ruin"
