•Drew Nelson Michigan's Drew has been an active member on the hub for all 5 years, ever since his first album Immigrant Sons, which lead to his first UK tour and a visit to the Isle of Skye where he traced his immigrant roots back in a direct line back to Highland heroin Flora MacDonald, on one of these trips he recorded 5th September in for The Coffee Shop Session in Strathpeffer now a leading light of Red House Records and a regular UK visitor and still a house concert lover.
•Mr Moon & Grace are consummate travellers, they live on the road, they are street entertainers who will play House Concerts to Festivals around the world, around the year. They are in New Zealand now, but will be in Europe in the summer. This song is an old Cornish sea shanty which has travelled to and been re-invented in The Appalachians, and it was recorded in Burgundy in September
•John Mitchell and Sofie Jonsson live and work out in Sofie's native Sweden, John hails from the Highlands of Scotland. John and Sofie perform acoustic roots music inspired by their Celtic, European, and American backgrounds and influences. Original songs and tunes alongside traditional material arranged and performed in the duo's unique and energetic style.
•Charlie Roth's last CD came as a direct result of touring with the help of The House Concert hub around Scotland coupled with his experiences in Texas hence "Tartan Cactus Heart", Minnesotaian Charlie delivers stories plain and simple, inspired songs, inspiring playing, and inspirational singing, this is a new and exclusive song for the Birthday CD from Charlie.
•Rich Mahan Guitarist/singer-songwriter Rich Mahan lives in Nashville, where he recorded his solo debut, Blame Bobby Bare He grew up loving the blues (Freddie, Albert and B.B. Over the years, he’s toured and recorded with several groups, playing roots rock with Avocado Sundae and co-founding the alt-country band Shurman, which was signed to Vanguard Records in 2004. He moved to Nashville in 2010 and is getting a tastes for accoustic performance as you can hear from this song recorded exclusivley for this Album (thanks Rich).
•Sage & the Saints Sage Galesi began in show biz at age 3, her grandmother worked with Elvis & her mother with Leonard Cohen. As a child working with director OLIVER STONE in the film The Doors , appeared in THUNDERHEART and dancing with MICHAEL JACKSON. Through her education she studied in London, & in Russia at the renowned Moscow Art Theater. This led her to London (writing with Adele’s pianist Miles Robertson, and recorded in The Wreckroom). Then in NYC Sage started acting again, starring in a film with Steven Baldwin, and finally back to Nashville, and recording this EP produced by Rascall Flatts instrumentalist Jonathan Trebing. This is a prestigious talent you have not heard the last of.

•Fraser Anderson - Championed by such high-profile fans as Bob Harris, Danny Thompson, Will Ackerman and Chuck Berry, this Edinburgh-born artist combines introspective lyricism and inventive open tunings, and is often likened to early John Martyn. A few years back he was a regular member of the iconic Dougie Maclean band in Scotland, However Fraser then left Scotland, to experience a very different chapter, in the remote quiet mountains of the south of France. Seven years on and now with 2 further albums under his belt, a 4th written, a publisher in Paris and management in Toronto, he has left behind the snow capped Pyrenees, returned to Britain in Oct 2013 and currently lives in London.

•Cigarbox Don Jack, builds guitar out of (yes you guessed it) Cigar box's he builds his songs from his rye look at Scottish culture, they are cultural vinaigrette that explore an d expose the Scottish diaspora, with suitably couthie wit and wisdom.
